We are a leading provider of character education services in schools, and now is your opportunity to join our team.

In this role you will be responsible for delivering bespoke training programmes, aimed at raising confidence, self-esteem and promoting a growth mindset.

Our instructors work in partnership with teachers, to support the pupils across schools.

This is a role which requires the utmost integrity, with passion and drive to deal with challenging behaviour on occasion.

We offer full training for the role, however, we do require at least 12 months previous experience of working with children, in some capacity.

Our company has been built on the core values of the military, which is why we aim to recruit ex-service personnel who understand these core military values, however, we do accept applications from other uniformed public service roles, teachers or those with relevant education experience.

This role does require you to travel, so you will need to have access to suitable transport.

Salary: From £23,200.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Experience:

  • working with children: 1 year (required)
  • Military/public service or teaching: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
