Taking up a role at B&FC gives you access to extensive professional development opportunities backed up with an annual investment of £1.8m in colleague development and professional qualifications.

Teaching in further education is unique. If you’ve got relevant experience, such as from your Armed Forces background, and a passion for sharing your skills, you could be a great teacher.

You don’t always need teaching experience or an academic degree to get started.

We want you to be part of our state-of-the-art energy and engineering training centre, providing education in areas such as:

+ aeronautical engineering

+ mechanical engineering

+ electrical/electronic engineering

+ maintenance engineering

+ automotive maintenance and repair

+ project management

The Bispham Campus hosts the faculties of engineering and automotive, while at the integrated £12m Lancashire Energy HQ, we offer higher and degree apprenticeships, and commercial study programmes, with training from expert tutors on state-of-the-art, industry-standard facilities.
