Job Overview
This role is positioned within the Colchester and Ipswich franchise territory which has been successfully trading since 2004.
Agency Express Colchester and Ipswich dominates the local area and due to continued growth is looking to expand their team.
On a day to day basis the successful candidate will be erecting, servicing and retrieving estate agency boards. At the end of the day boards are returned to the unit and the van is reloaded ready for the next day.
Agency Express Colchester and Ipswich is seeking a full-time, self-employed contractor.
Contractor requirements include:
- A road worthy mid or long wheel based van
- Hand tools, drill and three stage ladder
- Capable of working independently
- Capable of working at first floor level
- Experience with route planning and apps
- Public Liability Insurance to 5 million minimum
All board fixings are supplied as well as a phone, pre-loaded with a route planning and job flow app.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday morning shifts, as required.
Training: Full training is provided.
Remuneration: normal daily earnings are £200.00.
