Overview

The Certificate in Executive Coaching is an online EMCC accreditation programme, specifically designed to fast track your journey from experienced people manager to Professional Coach.

We take full account of your prior experience and learning within our overall assessment, thereby accelerating your coach accreditation journey. Successful graduates gain EMCC Global’s internationally recognised EIA award, at Foundation or Practitioner level. It is delivered entirely online and spans a twelve-week period.

Is this programme for me?

Yes, if you have a minimum of five years’ experience as a manager or team leader, during which time you have been holding developmental conversations, supporting and coaching others as part of your role.

What is the aim of the programme?

To consolidate all prior coaching experience and increase your knowledge, skills and ability to coach effectively and professionally in any context.

How to apply EMCC’s Practitioner level coaching competencies.

Overview of Programme

What are the elements of the programme

Experiential Learning

Every module is highly interactive, combining taught input in the Zoom ‘plenary’ with practise and discussion in break-out ‘rooms’. We create the time and space for all course participants to get to know each other, contribute and improve their skills.

Individualised Feedback

On successful completion of all programme components, participants have a ‘professional dialogue’ with the course faculty to confirm and consolidate your learning.

Formal Accreditation

Following this, we’ll recommend you directly to EMCC Global for your professional designation at Foundation or Practitioner level of accreditation (EIA accreditation).

Time Commitment

The course has been designed to take 75 hours, including personalised support and feedback.

2 Mar – 30 Mar: Modules 6-10, Thursdays 09.30-12.00; Advanced Coaching Skills
16 Feb – 9 Mar: Recorded Session; 3 weeks for you to carry out the recorded session homework
30 Mar – 13 April: Closing Tutorial; 30-minute 1:1 with Tom Battye to consolidate learning
30 April: Accreditation; Activity completed, and accreditation awarded
