We would love you to come and work with us at Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust. You may not have considered healthcare as your next career step but we are such a varied trust why not find out more if there is something for you! Having formed in late 2019 from the merger of 2gether NHS Foundation Trust and Gloucestershire Care Services we now provide integrated mental health, physical health and learning disability services to our communities.

We have very varied health care roles out in the community as well as in community hospitals, inpatient hospitals and our district teams. We also have large corporate, administration, communication, IT, estates and facilities teams with very diverse roles available. At Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, we are supportive of the people we care for in our local community and aim to provide a fully responsive service to everyone who needs it. This is the same approach we take for our employees. We look to value the skills and experiences of those we work with, whether they are service users, carers, families or those looking to work with us. If you join us we will support your ongoing development, whether that’s through our leadership programmes, professional development and supervision or through national initiatives. We support our colleagues with staff benefits, including a range of benefits and offers for colleagues including access to counselling and support, a generous annual leave allowance and pension scheme. We promote and support flexible work and aim to help you stay inspired, fulfilled, healthy and well.

Why here?

Public transport and the road networks are good so commuting is not a problem.
