Lovell Homes is encouraging Armed Forces personnel looking to get on the property ladder to enquire about the Forces Help to Buy scheme. Designed to help Service personnel buy their own property, the MOD scheme enables them to borrow up to 50% of their salary (to a limit of £25,000), interest free.
From this September, Military veterans will be offered bursaries worth £40,000 to retrain as teachers as part of a government scheme to help instil self-discipline and leadership skills in young people.
