Techincal roles with BAE Systems in Saudi Arabia

This position is for all-purpose technicians that are qualified to work in the following Technical Trades:

• Airframes
• Avionics
• Electrical
• Egress
• Propulsion
• Supply
• Weapons System, Maintenance and Training

In any one of these roles your main duties will include performing inspections, maintenance and repairs along with servicing and modifying tactical aircraft and other related aerospace equipment. You will also provide advice on technical problems related to repair and use layout drawings and applicable technical orders to diagnose and solve maintenance problems.

Individuals must hold qualifications and have a minimum of six years’ experience in their specialty. Preferably, you will also have had MSAT [Multi-Skilling Assimilation Training] on fast-jet aircraft specialities. A basic course in your specialty is mandatory and advanced courses in the specialty are desirable.

The term “specialty” here means the military or civilian trade/specialisation which is the nearest equivalent to the individuals assigned RSAF specialty. If successful, you’ll need medical and security clearance prior to deployment to Saudi Arabia.
