Supporting UK Armed Forces Personnel into Homeownership

At Barratt and David Wilson Homes, we are supporting the UK Armed Forces community through our Armed Forces Deposit Contribution Scheme, an initiative designed to make homeownership more attainable for those who serve.

To show our gratitude to Britain’s military personnel, the scheme offers a generous 5% deposit contribution up to the value of £25,000, to help you step onto the property ladder.

For example, on a £250,000 home, buyers could benefit from a £12,500 contribution. Importantly, eligibility extends not only to those currently serving in the Army, Navy or RAF, but also to those due to retire, who remain eligible for up to 12 months post-service
