Reading Buses has been transporting people for over a hundred years and we are one of the biggest, and most trusted, employers in the region.
Who are we?
We have over 120 buses in Reading, including 60 that run on compressed natural gas to reduce emissions and we are always exploring ways in which we can improve the environment of the town and the surrounding area.
We also own two other bus companies in the local area, Newbury & District and Thames Valley Buses, so whether you are based in the Reading, Newbury or Bracknell areas, there are roles for you.

What do I get?

- Salaries vary between our three companies and depend on what role and what rota you are on, but you can expect a minimum of £28,000 up to £35,000 with plenty of opportunities for overtime to increase your earning potential.
