We are a Real Living Wage Employer, which is an hourly rate of pay set independently and updated annually. It is calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK, and employers choose to pay it on a voluntary basis.

We signed the Armed Forces Covenant in February 2018. The covenant is a promise by the nation ensuring that those who serve or who have served in the armed forces, and their families, are treated fairly. The covenant focusses on helping members of the armed forces community have the same access to government and commercial services and products as any other citizen.

We hold a Gold award in The Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS). This scheme encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same.
