Walking With The Wounded’s famous Cumbrian Challenge is back for 2022 and bigger and better than ever!
The Cumbrian Challenge is our fun and testing, annual hiking event for teams of three to four. With three hill routes to choose from – Peak, Tough & Tougher, this is a group challenge, with companies in particular finding it invaluable for team building and strengthening bonds between colleagues.
We’ve raised over £1.2m to date from the Cumbrian Challenge from over 1,000 teams – with every team that takes part supporting another wounded veteran back into work and independence. A real highlight for our participants is walking alongside our beneficiaries who come along in a couple of teams to bring that sense of purpose to the event and remind everyone just what and who they’re raising money for.
