As a franchisee, you set your own goals and manage your own time, and the team at Head Office work tirelessly with you to meet your expectations. You would be expected to get hands-on with the work to start with, as the best way to learn is to get stuck in! You’ll also be running your own business from day one, and as your business grows you can spend more time working from home, on your own terms, managing your own teams of operatives.
