How does it work?
The scheme allows all armed forces personnel to borrow up to 50% of their salary, to a maximum of £25,000 on an interest-free loan to support the purchase of a new home. The loan can be put towards a deposit, estate agent and/or solicitor fees. It can be used to buy a first home or take the next step up the property ladder.
