Private Daniel Prior dies of wounds sustained in Afghanistan
It is with sadness that the Ministry of Defence must confirm that Private Daniel Steven Prior, of 2nd Battalion The Parachute Regiment, was wounded by an improvised explosive device in Afghanistan on 17 March 2011 and died of his wounds in the UK the following day.
