IBM is open for apprenticeship applications on their website. Opportunities are open to anyone wanting to learn new skills — not just school or college leavers.  IBM has a strong Military Service Community and is committed to supporting veterans and reservists through the Armed Forces Covenant.

IBM is a global technology and consulting company operating in over 170 countries, helping organisations transform with innovative solutions in hybrid cloud, AI and emerging technologies. 

We offer Junior Management Consultant Level 4 apprenticeships in Consulting.  We also offer Digital and Technology Solutions degree apprenticeships and Scottish Graduate Apprenticeships. Locations include London, Manchester, Winchester and Glasgow.  Apprentices work with clients in our Consulting, Technology or Labs businesses, gaining hands‑on experience while studying one day a week “off the job.”

All apprentices receive a two‑week induction, access to digital badges and certifications, and support from a dedicated career manager. IBM’s programme is award‑winning, OFSTED Outstanding, and our apprentices have been recognised at the Target Jobs Awards, National Apprenticeship Awards and BCS Awards.

IBM has a thriving apprentice community and wider networks for early professionals, covering areas such as GenAI, well‑being, technical skills and client-facing events. Apprentices can also join Sustainability groups and Business Resource Groups supporting inclusion.

Available Roles
