New Homes Available with Redrow

If you’re in the British Armed Forces, look at the Forces Help to Buy scheme and learn how you could be living in a new Redrow home.

Who can use it?

If you’re in the British Armed Forces, you can make the most of the Government-backed Help to Buy scheme. Regular personnel that meet the desired criteria can take advantage of the scheme, whether that’s in order to buy their first property, or move further up the property ladder.

How does it work?

The three-year scheme allows qualifying personnel to take a loan of up to 50% of their yearly salary from the Ministry of Defence. This loan can then be used to help in the purchase of your home, whether that’s to contribute towards your deposit, the solicitor’s or estate agent’s fees.

The loan is capped at £25,000 and must be repaid to the Ministry of Defence in monthly instalments.

At Redrow they understand that buying a new home is probably one of the biggest decisions you’ll ever make. It’s a major financial commitment too. That’s why you need to make the right decision about who to buy from. At Redrow they like to make it as easy as possible for you to buy your dream home. So, as soon as you choose to buy, they’ll provide you with your own dedicated Customer Service Team to guide you through the entire process. They’ll always be on hand to give you the best possible advice and to help take away the stress at every stage.
