Commercial & Business Development
Their Commercial & Business Development team plays a key role in supporting the rest of the business to develop opportunities for new and existing customers. They manage the pipeline of future prospects as well as leading all of our tendering and direct sales work. You’ll work as part of a dynamic team to deliver results which really make the difference to their Operations.
Like any other business, Finance plays an integral role in managing the numbers. The team closely manage customer accounts and help the senior leaders make strategic business decisions. You’ll expect to work closely with managers across the business advising them on financial planning and forecasting.
As you’d expect with a fleet as large as theirs, it takes a lot of organisation. Ensuring vehicles comply with DVSA guidelines is vital and so they carry out stringent testing and maintenance reviews of every vehicle in the fleet. They also organise the commissioning and de-commissioning of vehicles as and when the fleet size changes due to seasonal variations. You’d be working as part of a 24/7 support team with the highest profile in the business.
Human Resources (HR) and Training
