Lovell Homes is encouraging Armed Forces personnel looking to get on the property ladder to enquire about the Forces Help to Buy scheme. Designed to help Service personnel buy their own property, the MOD scheme enables them to borrow up to 50% of their salary (to a limit of £25,000), interest free.
With developments launching this year in Stafford, Worcestershire, West Bromwich and Telford, the scheme offers members of the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, Royal Air Force and the Army the opportunity to borrow the money needed for their new home.
With a mix of two, three, four and five bedroom homes, each Lovell development offers contemporary living, all designed with style, quality and value at the forefront.
In order to qualify for the Forces Help to Buy scheme, individuals must be in regular Service, have completed the required length of Service or have at least six months’ Service left at the time of application.
The Meadows, located in Clifton-upon-Teme, Worcestershire, is one of the many developments Lovell is launching this summer, alongside Queensbury Park in Telford, Harvills Grange in
West Bromwich and Kings Crest in Stafford.
